RATE CONDITIONS:
For flexible bookings, guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 100% of the booking if they cancel within the 3 days prior to arrival.

Pre-authorization:
La Contrà Valpolicella B&B reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided as a guarantee by the guest before arrival, by requesting a pre-authorization from the relevant payment network. With the pre-authorization, the B&B temporarily secures the availability of all or part of the amount (30%) to ensure that the card is valid.
No amount is CHARGED.
The pre-authorization automatically expires 20 days from the date it was requested. In the event of an unsuccessful pre-authorization, the guest will be notified and the booking will be cancelled. In this case, the B&B has no further obligations towards the guest.

For non-refundable bookings, the full amount of the reservation may be charged to the credit card at the time of confirmation. This amount is non-refundable in the event of modification, cancellation, or no-show.
